Refund policy

At Rare Label Cards, all sales are final.

We take great pride in carefully curating our products to ensure quality, excitement, and value for every collector. However, the trading card market is highly volatile — player performance and market trends can cause values to fluctuate rapidly.

For example, a quarterback’s card may have one value on Friday, and after a rough game on Sunday, that same card’s value might drop. On the flip side, that same volatility can work in your favor — buying in on Friday, and after a big Sunday performance, your card’s value could rise significantly.

Also keep in mind that Brand-new packs from factory may include surface imperfections, scratches, or other minor issues. This is a normal part of the hobby and why grading is considered a lottery—sometimes these imperfections are so minute they are impossible to detect before opening.

Because of this unpredictable nature of the market, we cannot offer refunds or returns based on card value or contents. All purchases are final.

Thank you for understanding and being part of the Rare Label Cards community — where every pack is a chance to pull something truly special.

Whatnot Compliance – Complaint & Resolution Policy

This policy applies only to Rare Label Cards products sold on Whatnot by third-party

sellers.

1. Seller of Record (Whatnot Alignment)

For transactions conducted on Whatnot, the Whatnot seller/streamer is the seller of

record to the end buyer.

Rare Label Cards acts solely as a product supplier to independent sellers and does not

transact directly with end customers on Whatnot.

All buyer-facing obligations on Whatnot—including customer service, refunds,

cancellations, shipping, and dispute handling—are the responsibility of the seller of

record.

2. Customer Complaints & Disputes

End customers must submit all complaints, disputes, or refund requests through

Whatnot to the seller they purchased from, in accordance with Whatnot’s policies.

Rare Label Cards does not accept or process end-consumer complaints for Whatnot

transactions.

Rare Label Cards will communicate only with the purchasing seller/company, not the

end buyer.

3. Scope of Rare Label Cards’ Responsibility

Rare Label Cards’ responsibility is limited to:

Accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders

Shipment to the verified address provided by the purchasing seller

Delivery of sealed or curated product as described at the time of wholesale sale

Rare Label Cards is not responsible for:

How products are marketed, priced, or described by sellers

Auction formats, break styles, or live-stream conduct

Buyer expectations, pull results, or perceived value

Whatnot platform functionality, payments, labels, or buyer disputes

4. Opened Product & Breaks

Once Rare Label Cards product is opened, ripped, or used in a break by a third-party

seller, all sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued by Rare Label Cards for opened

product, regardless of outcome.

5. Product Condition Disclaimer

Sealed and brand-new packs may contain cards with minor imperfections (surface marks,

edge wear, print lines, scratches).

This is an inherent part of the trading card hobby and grading outcomes are never

guaranteed.

Rare Label Cards makes no guarantees regarding card condition, pull value, player

selection, or grading results.

6. Claims by Purchasing Sellers

Only the purchasing seller/company may submit claims to Rare Label Cards.

Claims for missing items, incorrect quantities, or transit damage must be submitted

within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must include order details and reasonable supporting documentation.

Failure to report within this window voids eligibility for review.

7. Shipping & Transfer of Risk

Rare Label Cards ships exclusively to the purchasing seller’s verified address.

Responsibility transfers to the purchasing seller once carrier tracking confirms delivery.

Any shipping, delivery, or loss issues between the seller and their customers are outside

Rare Label Cards’ control.

8. Refunds, Credits & Adjustments

Refunds or credits are issued only for verified Rare Label Cards fulfillment errors.

Buyer dissatisfaction, platform disputes, chargebacks, or payment issues do not qualify

for reimbursement from Rare Label Cards.

9. Cooperation With Whatnot

Rare Label Cards will cooperate with Whatnot and purchasing sellers when

documentation is requested for compliance or dispute review.

Final resolution between sellers and end customers remains the responsibility of the seller

of record and must follow Whatnot policies.

10. Policy Hierarchy

In the event of a conflict, Whatnot’s Terms of Service and Marketplace Policies

supersede this policy for platform transactions.
